2day its e day... jus completed 1 out of 3 races in august... its relay duathlon 2006... organised by ngee ann canoeing club n new urban male...
its a run n kayak relay... was paired wif andre... met @ lavender mrt n walked 2 e location... jus walked already warmed up le cos v far... haha... then was lookin 4 toilet cos both high tide... then changed n prepared 4 e race... quite a number of participant there... from all over e places like sp, np, nyp, ijc, pjc etc... still gt adults joined... race started ard 3.50... 1st is andre run 4km... tot he run quite fast so was expectin him 2 b e 1st few... but came in ard 10+... then 2gether paddled 4 4km... tis is e toughest part... cos andre no arm strength... cannot tahan continous paddling... so pratically its i paddle 4 4km... ahhh... v v v shack... @ 1st tot tat can slack durin paddlin cos later need 2 run... but if i stop then will kena overtaken so cant stop... n andre cant continue much... wah... its really v tough... luckily gt go gym... if like last time surely pengsan... overtook 2 grps but was overtaken by 1 of my fren frm nyp canoe team... ok lah... ppl gt train mah... we didnt so its still acceptable... then finished paddlin its my turn 2 run 4km... paced myself nt 2 run 2 fast @ 1st jus in case gt ppl wan 2 overtake... haha... but luckily no1 overtook mi... but i overtook a gal... haha... from nyp... but then overtak gal no use cos men n ladies different category... then wanted 2 overtak a guy but he dashed last 400m cos gt chased by frens... then i alone no1 chase so gave up on overtakin him... but was a great run esp both hands damn tired after paddlin 4 4km then run 4km... v shiong... but managed 2 run throughout without stoppin... tink gym really helps... haha... then gt a erm... erm erm... goodie bag... proudly sponsered by ngee ann poly...

after bathin met god-pa 4 dinner @ ajisen ramen... great dinner after great workout... haha... then went jalan jalan ard bugis b4 goin 4 fireworks...

tis time learnt lesson so went v near 2 sea... managed 2 find a small space 4 us... n had a great time waitin cos gt a family 2 joke wif n some jokers wanted 2 stand infront of us... then all came scoldin them... 1st time c god-pa so fierce... haha... nearly wanted 2 hantam those fellows... haha... then when goin 2 start all started 2 stand... thus had lots of space 2 stand even nearer 2 e sea... then managed 2 gt real good view of e fireworks... 2day's by team france... they nt only launch frm land... also frm sea... which it so near 2 us... so its was great... but 2day also had lots of ppl... mayb becos last day so all came n c... police also turn clever... they put barrier along e road so ppl cannot anyhow walk... but caused congestion esp after e show... v v v crowded...

after fireworks supposed 2 go back... but was v hot so decided 2 go tcc n hav a seat wif cup of coffee 2 relax... haha...
